You do not need to know which of these you need. We begin with what is happening now,
and I will tell you honestly where I think it makes most sense to start.
Best when food, cravings or eating take up more mental space than you would like.
WILDFIT® · Nutrition psychology
Understand why you eat — then what your body needs
14 weeks · group · next intake September
WILDFIT® combines food psychology, nutritional education and practical experimentation. Rather than relying on calorie counting or permanent restriction, you learn why you want what you want, how different foods affect you, and how to make increasingly conscious choices.
The journey runs as Food Freedom followed by WILDERBODY — fourteen weeks, with weekly small-group coaching and private WhatsApp support alongside the worldwide programme.
See the September journey Best when you understand the pattern intellectually, but something deeper still pulls you back.
RTT® · Rapid Transformational Therapy
Change what is driving the behaviour
One or three month journeys
RTT® uses hypnosis and therapeutic techniques to explore the beliefs, interpretations and emotional associations beneath a persistent pattern. We work to understand where those responses came from, release what is no longer serving you, and reinforce a healthier internal message.
It is designed to create focused change, supported by a personalised recording and proper integration afterwards — which is why it is sold as a journey with follow-up, rather than as a single appointment.
Talk about RTT Best when you already know a great deal, and want help putting it into practice.
The EASe Collective
Support that continues after the programme
Ongoing · monthly or annual
Lasting change is not about never being triggered or never losing your rhythm. It is about noticing sooner, understanding what is happening, and knowing how to return.
A monthly topic session, a community coaching call, a yoga or embodied practice, and WhatsApp support in between. Living WILDFIT membership is currently included.
