The familiar struggle

You already know a great deal about what you “should” eat

But knowing does not always help when you are stressed, emotional, tired or overwhelmed. This is not proof that you lack knowledge or discipline. It may mean you have been given the wrong tools for the change you are trying to create.

Perhaps you recognise some of these:

  • Food becomes comfort, reward, relief or escape
  • Cravings seem stronger than your conscious intentions
  • You move between being “good” and feeling you have failed
  • One unplanned choice becomes a reason to give up
  • You keep healthy routines for a while, then struggle to sustain them
  • Food occupies more mental space than you would like
  • You feel disconnected from your body and unsure what it needs

A different approach

WILDFIT begins with two better questions

01

Why do I eat the way I do?

Emotions, habits, cravings and the environment around you.

02

What does my body need to thrive?

Evolutionary biology, nutrition and metabolic flexibility.

WILDFIT is not:

  • A calorie-counting programme
  • A packaged-meal or supplement plan
  • A quick-fix detox
  • A punishing exercise challenge
  • A demand for perfection
  • A rigid, one-size-fits-all meal plan

It is a guided process of learning, experiencing and discovering what supports your own body. It does ask real commitment — there are deliberate food holidays and stretches that people find genuinely challenging. That is why it comes with coaching and a group, rather than a handbook.

The journey

Six stages over fourteen weeks

The programme unfolds gradually. You will not be expected to change everything on the first day — each stage builds on the one before it, giving you time to observe, experiment and integrate.

  1. From 7 September

    Prepare

Before the worldwide challenge begins we set the foundations — your starting point, your environment, a private intake conversation, and meeting your coaching group.

  2. Food Freedom · 2 weeks

    Understand why you eat

Before focusing on what you eat, you explore your food dialogue, cravings, emotional and habitual eating, the six different hungers, and how to create space between an impulse and your response.

  3. WILDERBODY

    Discover what your body needs

Gradual, sequenced nutritional changes. You learn about the body we inherited through evolution, the modern environment it now lives in, and the mismatch that affects appetite, energy and health.

  4. WILDERBODY

    Develop metabolic flexibility

Metabolic flexibility is your body’s ability to access and use different fuel sources. The aim is not to stay in one nutritional phase forever, but to move consciously between them.

  5. WILDERBODY

    Experiment and observe

You make conscious experiments and watch what happens to cravings, hunger, energy, mood, sleep, digestion and performance. You become the observer of your own body rather than a follower of a plan.

  6. Through 18 December

    Integrate

You reflect on what you have discovered, which choices genuinely support you, and how to respond when travel, stress or life interrupts the rhythm. The aim is not perfection — it is knowing how to return.

You will not do this alone

My WILDFIT story

I stopped fighting my body and started listening

For much of my life I thought my challenge with food was that I needed more discipline. I knew what I should and shouldn’t eat, but that knowledge didn’t help when I was stressed, emotional or overwhelmed. I used food to soothe or avoid what I was feeling.

I could be very all-or-nothing: either I was being “good”, or I had gone off track and might as well give up. When I discovered WILDFIT in 2022, I began to understand why I wanted certain foods, what my cravings were communicating, and how much of my behaviour had been automatic.

Most importantly, I learned to replace judgment with curiosity. Instead of fighting my body, I began listening to it — and creating the conditions in which it could feel supported enough to change.

Honestly

Is this journey right for you?

This could be right if

  • You are tired of starting over
  • You want to understand why you eat, not receive another food plan
  • You want to learn what supports your own body
  • You are willing to experiment with curiosity
  • You value coaching, accountability and community
  • You are ready to invest time, attention and energy in your health

This is probably not right if

  • You want a rigid meal plan with no psychological exploration
  • You are looking for a guaranteed amount of weight loss
  • You want a rapid fix that requires little participation
  • You are seeking diagnosis or treatment for a medical condition
  • You need specialist treatment for an active eating disorder
  • You are not able to engage with the programme consistently right now

If you are uncertain, that is exactly what the discovery call is for. There is no pressure to enrol if the programme is not the right fit — and I will say so if I think it isn’t.

Questions

Before you book

Do I need to know anything about WILDFIT before joining?

No. The programme introduces each principle gradually and guides you through step by step.

Is WILDFIT a diet?

It includes guided nutritional changes, but it is not designed as another short-term diet. It combines food psychology, nutritional education and personal experience so you can build a more conscious and sustainable relationship with food.

Will I have to change everything immediately?

No. The programme is deliberately sequenced. You begin with observation and awareness before moving through gradual nutritional changes.

Do I need to be fit before I begin?

No. WILDERBODY is about reconnecting with the natural capabilities and needs of the human body. It is not a fitness competition or an intensive exercise challenge.

Is it hard?

Parts of it are. There are deliberate food holidays and phases that participants find genuinely challenging — that is part of how the learning happens. What you get alongside it is weekly coaching, a group, and support when it gets uncomfortable.

Is private RTT included?

The group programme includes selected mindset, regulation and reflective practices. A full private RTT® process is not included in standard enrolment, but can be arranged separately where appropriate.

What if I have a medical condition or take medication?

WILDFIT coaching is educational and does not replace medical care. Anyone with a diagnosed health condition, a history of disordered eating, who is pregnant or breastfeeding, or who takes medication that may be affected by dietary changes should consult an appropriate healthcare professional first. This matters particularly for blood-glucose and blood-pressure medication.

Have you done WILDFIT before?

The WILDERBODY journey contains updated content, tools and guided practices. Previous participants may qualify for an alumni rate — mention your previous programme when you book your call.

Is a particular result guaranteed?

No. Results differ according to health history, starting point, circumstances and participation. The programme offers education, coaching, experimentation and support, but cannot guarantee a particular weight or medical outcome.

You do not need another attempt built on shame and stricter rules.

You need the chance to understand your patterns, learn what your body has been trying to communicate, and practise a different way — with structure, guidance and people walking beside you.

WILDFIT® is an independent global programme created by Eric Edmeades. The EASe Way provides the additional coaching and support described on this page.
